The New MINI Countryman

Dick Lovett MINI are brimming with excitement to announce the launch of a brand new addition to the MINI Model Range; the MINI Countryman.

The new MINI Countryman is the first, full size 4-door MINI to be introduced to the MINI family with a wide opening rear door and the option of an 'All-Wheel Drive' function. It is the first MINI model to measure over four metres in length and almost 1.6 m high which provides generous legroom and headroom for all passengers.

The new MINI Countryman conveys a strong presence on the road due to its almost upright bonnet and striking appearance. In particular the wide frame around the lower part of the bodywork and powerfully flared wheel arches highlight the robust character.

The interior boasts oodles of innovative design and function elements throughout. The front and rear seats are linked visually by the new MINI Centre Rail – a matt-polished aluminium fastening rail which extends from the dashboard through the middle of the car, to the rear. A unique fastening system can be used with the Centre Rail to attach cupholders, storage units and entertainment consoles which can be passed between the front and the rear passengers.

A special collection of dishes and cups have been created by Porzellan Manufaktur, Nymphenburg, specifically for the Crossover Concept’s Centre Rail.

With more storage space than ever seen before in a MINI, the MINI Countryman offers additional capacity due to the folding roof cover which extends across the whole length of the roof and there’s even a transport case which can be fitted on to the outside of the rear door.

All UK models will be supplied with 5-seats however there is an option to revert to a 4-seat option at no additional charge. The light airy ambience is emphasised by extra-large windows and optional panoramic sunroof.

The MINIMALISM fuel efficiency concept comes as standard in the new MINI Countryman which means you will benefit from reduced fuel consumption and emissions.

The launch date for the new MINI Countryman is planned for Saturday 18th September.
