You committed to call us back by several agreed times and never did. Huge cost of replacement and fitting. Plus huge cost of diagnosing the problem when it was already known what it was.

Upon arrival at home we checked the Paperwork given to us. The MOT Certificate pinned to the Documents was NOT for Our Mini. We rang and informed the Dealership. STILL TODAY we are not in possession of our Certificate DESPITE NUMEROUS REQUESTS
