Staff were very helpful and friendly but not always quick to inform me of developments, they seemed under staffed. Also felt I should have been offered more for my trade in Mini, a nearly £4000 mark up to re sale it within a day seems very excessive.

Car collected for a scheduled repair identified at previous service. A different fault was identified and another part required hence car was kept overnight. The repair was swiftly achieved and car retuned before midday. Staff polite and helpful.

Staff lovely. Beautiful centre. Very inconvenient for me though. Wasted a whole day waiting. Would rather just take to local garage and walk home. Can't as per lease agreement. My choice would be shorter wait time, no matter how nice the centre is.

Car returned with yellow fault light showing on dashboard which manager saw yet allowed me to drive off, passenger seat left in fully reclined position and car dirty despite saying it would be washed and vacuumed.

The salesman who sold us the car left the company suddenly and management did not reallocate responsibility fo managing our order to anyone. It meant that no=one was monitoring the delivery date and when it did arrive the handover was a shambles
