Could not pick up the car on the planned date due to fault on head unit. However, we were offered some compensation and apart from that the experience was good.

Overall a good experience at the Mini Centre, however couldn't get a Pit Stop appointment when required. As soon as the service light started to count down booked but no appointments for a 5 week period. No service video this time.

We went to the dealership in Hungerford because we became really fed up with the really poor customer service that we were receiving from the Marshalls in Hook where we had previously ordered a new electric MINI following the product launch.
