I was treated with the utmost care and consideration throughout and felt valued as a customer. Nothing was too much trouble. The test drive enabled me to feel competent and reassured as I was changing to an automatic Mini. The handover was perfect.

Staff exceptionally polite and helpful. Contradictory information provided in email prevents 5 star review ie tyre needs replacing (red) in email narrative.tyre has no defects or bulges in video. Slightly odd!
