We went to the dealership in Hungerford because we became really fed up with the really poor customer service that we were receiving from the Marshalls in Hook where we had previously ordered a new electric MINI following the product launch.

Could not pick up the car on the planned date due to fault on head unit. However, we were offered some compensation and apart from that the experience was good.

We were due to have an MOT and service done on different days as I'd left it too late to get both done at the same time. However, when we came in for the MOT the service manager managed to fit the service in as well so saving us a second visit.

Unfortunately, on the last two occasions my Mini has been in for repairs there has been a fault that appeared on the day of collection. The first was resolved quickly. We are working on the most recent!
