We where satisfied with our experience as buying a new car is a nerve racking experience. The only thing we thought could be done better was how to insert the various tech info into the infontain system.

Normally we are happy with the service provided by Dick Lovett Mini in Hungerford but dissatisfied this time due to a number of issues. They sent a request for feedback we advised of issues but it's been over a week now but no reply very poor!

The car was serviced ok but i was not warned that a tyre was dangerous and after a software update the satnav was not working. However they collected the car the next day and rectified all matters
