I would expect Mini after charging me for a diagnostic to see why my engine light is on to come up with a solution!! One part was changed at an extortionate price and the light is still on? They don't know what to do. I don't know what to do? Poor

I had a number of "warranty" related issues with the car which I felt I was being talked out off having addressed. Focus was very much on the "paid for" requirements. Also prices here are so expensive - £ 330 for brake fluid!?

Staff are always very polite and efficient. The only negative was the time spent logging my phone/car with the Mini app which I did not ask for and do not need. I will not be happy if I start to recieve a load of marketing material.

I couldn't fault the professionalism of the Hungerford Mimi team. I was not a regular customer but all the stops were pulled out to r replace my blown tyre. In the end I was given a holding wheel until a new tyre could be ordered. Thankyou
